Leave your Foie Gras at room temperature before opening (cellar, cupboard …). Then, put it one hour in the fridge before tasting it. To make the cuts clear, slide the knife blade in hot water at each slice.
Serving suggestion: To be served on bread lightly grilled in the oven, accompanied by a gray of Provence.
