Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package for all orders delivered in metropolitan France, Europe and the rest of the world.

After checking the payment, your order is processed immediately by Relais Gourmet. We deliver to the address of your choice within an average period of 5 to 8 days from the validation of your order. We can deliver within 48 hours if the order is placed before 9am. Contact us for delivery rates by e-mail or telephone. We use DHL Express International for express delivery and La Poste for other shipments.

We deliver our products worldwide

All you have to do is place your order using our secure form. Relais Gourmet guarantees you the reliability of our commercial offer and the security of our Relais Gourmet website.

We assume all the risks associated with transportation

In case of damage, please contact our customer service and we will refund the full amount of your purchase (including shipping costs) in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

We can deliver within 48 hours all over Europe

Location and delivery times

Delivery to the concerned countries will be made by Colissimo in France and Europe within 5 to 8 working days after the confirmation of the order. Outside of Europe, we deliver our products with transport and logistics companies (allow between 10 to 20 working days). These deadlines are indicative only. No compensation may be claimed from Relais Gourmet in the event of a possible delay in delivery. In the event of the recipient’s absence when the package is delivered, Relais Gourmet cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products, or for the recipient’s failure to collect them.

Refund and replacement

Our customers undertake to strictly comply with the conditions of storage of the products, as well as the expiry date indicated on the packaging. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the number and condition of the products at the time of receipt. In the event of an improper delivery, a written complaint must be made to Relais Gourmet within 24 hours of delivery. For more information about our “Satisfied or Refunded” warranty, visit our page about this warranty. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bayonne (France).
