The Farandole of Vegetables and Fruits with Foie Gras

Ingredients

  • 250 g of ready-to-eat whole Foie Gras.
  • Melon or mango, radish, celery stalks, yellow and green zucchini, salad, spinach shoots, carrots

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the vegetables.
  2. Cut the zucchini and celery into large slices and chunks. Cut the carrots into ribbons with a peeler. Split the radishes into 4. Scoop out melon or mango balls with a melon baller.
  3. Place shavings of Foie Gras on the salad leaves, spinach shoots, and zucchini slices. Do the same with the radishes.
  4. Gather the melon or mango balls on small skewers, interspersing them with shavings of Foie Gras.
  5. Wrap the carrot strips around themselves, and secure with a stick.
