- Ingredients: Duck Foie Gras 20%, duck fat and lean, pork fat, duck breast, egg, milk, salt, spices.
- Weight: 180 grams
- Shelf life: 3 years (at room temperature)
As for the gourmet Jurançon aperitif :
- Ingredients: Pork breast and fat, pork liver, egg, Jurançon wine 5% by volume, salt, pepper, garlic.
- Storage: 3 years minimum, at room temperature. Consume within 5 days of opening.
