In conditions where stress is limited, we guarantee their well-being. Their feed, based exclusively on non-GMO yellow corn, contributes to the production of foie gras with a pure, natural taste.

The foie gras processing at Relais Gourmet is simple and respectful. We use no colorants, preservatives or additives. To ensure optimum preservation of our terrines, we prefer gentle cooking at 72°C.
