Summer Salad with Foie Gras and Fig Jam
Ingredients:
- 300 g of Foie Gras
- 1/2 bunch of watercress
- 1 Reinette apple
- 2 fresh figs (or 4 dried figs)
- 1 tablespoon of fig jam
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of walnut oil
For the vinaigrette:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
