No, all our products are 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives or colorants. We prefer artisanal recipes and high-quality ingredients.

Do the boxes have an expiry date?
Each product in each box has an expiry date specified on the packaging.
What ingredients are used in your Foies Gras?
At Relais Gourmet, we’re proud to offer Foies Gras made with 100% natural ingredients. Our recipes mainly include duck foie gras, salt and pepper.
Some products may contain additional ingredients for specific flavors, such as sake or sweet onion, always without additives, preservatives or colorants. This approach guarantees an authentic, tasty product that respects the culinary traditions of the Basque Country.

How to order on our website ?
To order from RelaisGourmet.com, simply select your favorite gourmet products and add them to your basket. Once you have made your selection, click on “Confirm my order” and follow the payment steps via our 100% secure interface. As soon as payment has been confirmed, your order is registered and processed immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Relais Gourmet accepts only one method of online payment:credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB), via our secure payment module.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of validation, provided it is not yet in preparation.

How to store products
Each product has its own storage instructions on the packaging. As a general rule :
- Before opening: Store your gourmet products for 3 years at room temperature, away from light and humidity (ideal for dry products).
- After opening: Refrigerate and consume within 15 days (for fresh or delicate products such as foie gras).
Our advice:
- Storage of gourmet products: Store unopened products in a cool, dry place.
- Keep products cool: Use an airtight tin after opening to preserve aromas.

How do I return an unsatisfactory product?
In the event of dissatisfaction, you can request a return within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at ya******@re***********.com or 05 40 07 07 65, specifying the reason for the return.
Products must be returned in their original condition for validation and processing.
What are the refund conditions?
Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product and validation of its condition. The refund includes the price of the product as well as shipping costs if the return is justified. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
