Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these terms of sale, which will be the only terms applicable to the contract concluded between the Customer and Relais Gourmet.

Order confirmation

The order is only processed after purchase confirmation on the website www.relaisgourmet.com, meaning once the payment made by the Customer using one of the payment methods offered on the site is validated.

Relais Gourmet reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer fails to meet any of their obligations, and more generally, to refuse any order that appears abnormal for any reason.

The order is only final after confirmation by Relais Gourmet. Relais Gourmet will confirm acceptance of the order to the user by email or mail, or, if applicable, its refusal within 48 business hours following the order entry on the site.

Regarding the withdrawal period, under Article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, for all remote transactions, the Customer has a period of 7 clear days from the delivery of their order to return the product and receive a full refund of the order price.

2. Obligations

Obligations of Relais Gourmet

Relais Gourmet undertakes, upon acceptance of an order, to sell and ship the products ordered by the Customer via La Poste within 5 business days after order preparation in France, 10 days in Europe, and 15 days in other countries.

Obligations of the client

The Customer agrees to fill out the order form accurately.

The Customer is prohibited from reselling the products, as their order is strictly for personal use or for the personal use of the recipient unless otherwise agreed by Relais Gourmet.

3. Specific provisions

Product prices and shipping costs are billed inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Prices are guaranteed while stocks last and are subject to changes in the VAT rate. Any change in this rate may then be immediately reflected in the selling prices.

The total price indicated in the order confirmation by Relais Gourmet is the final price.

The prices of products on the Relais Gourmet website are displayed in Euros, with amounts in other currencies provided for informational purposes only.

4. Payment

We guarantee the security of your payment. The security protocols used by Caisse d’Epargne and PayPal ensure complete confidentialityé of personal information transmitted through our Relais Gourmet website.

Your credit card details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure network. Payment is made directly through the Caisse d’Epargne or PayPal website, so Relais Gourmet has no access to your banking details nor keeps any record.

5. Delivery

We deliver our products worldwide. We assume all risks associated with the transport of your order. In case of damage, contact us, and we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping costs, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We can deliver within 48 hours across Europe for all orders placed before 10 a.m. (except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). To use our express delivery service, call us directly at (+33) 09 51 76 13 60.

Delivery in France and Europe is carried out by Colissimo within approximately 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation. Outside Europe, we ship with transport and logistics companies. You should therefore allow between 10 and 15 business days. These delivery times are given as an indication, and no compensation can be claimed from Relais Gourmet in the event of a delay. In case of the recipient’s absence at the time of delivery, Relais Gourmet cannot be held responsible for any damage to the products or failure of the recipient to collect the package.

6. “Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee

Our customers agree to strictly adhere to the storage conditions of the products and the expiration date indicated on the packaging. It is also the recipient’s responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the products upon receipt.

Our return policy is simple: we accept returns of all new items within 15 days. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of items that do not conform to their original condition, specifically products that have been consumed by more than 15% of their initial total weight.

Returns for exchange or refund must be made exclusively by mail to the following address: Relais Gourmet – Je retourne les produits !, 14 rue Burugoria 64700 Hendaye – France. Please ensure that returned items are carefully packaged and include the invoice along with a letter specifying the reason for the exchange and the preferred refund method (options: check or gift voucher). In the event of a non-compliant delivery, a claim must be submitted in writing to Relais Gourmet within 24 hours of delivery. All disputes and claims will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bayonne (France).
