General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
  1. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded between the Customer and Relais Gourmet.

Order Confirmation

The order is only taken into account after the purchase has been validated on the site www.relaisgourmet.com, that is, upon validation of the payment made by the Customer using one of the payment solutions offered on the site.

Relais Gourmet reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a failure by the Customer to fulfill one of their obligations, and more generally, to refuse any order that appears to be abnormal for any reason.

The order is definitive only after confirmation by Relais Gourmet. Relais Gourmet will confirm the acceptance of the order to the user by email or mail, or, if necessary, its refusal within 48 business hours following the entry of the order on the site.

Regarding the withdrawal period, under Article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, for all remote transactions, the Customer has a period of 7 clear days from the delivery of their order to return the product and will be reimbursed the full price of the order.

  1. Obligations

Relais Gourmet’s Obligations

Relais Gourmet commits, in case of acceptance of an order, to sell and ship by La Poste the products ordered by the Customer within 5 working days following the preparation of the order in France, 10 days in Europe, and 15 days in other countries.

Customer’s Obligations

The Customer undertakes to fill out the order form accurately.

The Customer is prohibited from reselling the products, their order being necessarily intended for personal use or the personal use of the person to whom the shipment is addressed unless agreed otherwise by Relais Gourmet.

  1. Specific Provisions

The prices of the products and shipping costs are billed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

The prices are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks and subject to modification of the VAT rate. Any change in this rate could then be immediately reflected in the sale prices.

The total price indicated in the order confirmation by Relais Gourmet is the final price.

The price of the products on the Relais Gourmet site is expressed in Euros, the amounts expressed in other currencies are provided for informational purposes only.

  1. Payment

We guarantee the security of your payment. The security protocols used by Caisse d’Epargne and PayPal ensure total confidentiality of personal information transmitted through our Relais Gourmet site. Your credit card details are encrypted and transit through a secure network. Payment is made directly to the Caisse d’Epargne or PayPal site, so Relais Gourmet has no access to your banking details or any record.

  1. Delivery

We deliver our products worldwide. We assume all risks associated with the transport of your order. In case of damage, contact us and we will refund the total amount of your purchase, as well as the transport costs in accordance with our general terms of sale.

We can deliver within 48 hours throughout Europe for all orders placed before 10 AM (except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). To use our express delivery service, call us directly by phone at (+33) 09 51 76 13 60.

Delivery in France and Europe is carried out by Colissimo within approximately 5 to 10 working days after the order confirmation. Outside Europe, we ship with transport and logistics companies. Therefore, count between 10 and 15 working days. These times are indicative and no compensation can be claimed from Relais Gourmet in the event of a possible delivery delay. In the event of the recipient’s absence during the delivery of the package, Relais Gourmet cannot in any case be held responsible for damage that may occur to the products, or the non-collection by the recipient.

  1. “Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee

Our customers commit to strictly adhere to the storage conditions of the products, as well as the consumption deadline indicated on the packaging. It is also incumbent on the recipient to check the number and condition of the products at the time of reception.

Our return conditions are simple: we accept the return of all new items returned within 15 days. Any returned product must be in its original packaging accompanied by the proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of items not conforming to their original condition, namely products started more than 15% of the initial total weight.

Returns of products for exchange or refund are exclusively by mail to the following address: Relais Gourmet – I return the products!, 14 rue Burugoria 64700 Hendaye – France. We thank you to pack the returned items with great care and return them accompanied by the invoice and a letter specifying the nature of the exchange and the nature of the refund (Possible choices: by check or gift check). In case of non-conforming delivery, a claim must be made in writing to Relais Gourmet within 24 hours following delivery. All disputes and contests will be the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bayonne (France).
