Composition :

• Foie gras with Espelette Pepper (80g). The flavour of this Foie Gras is developed because it is mixed with Espelette pepper, a special French red pepper that is known for its mild flavour. Indeed, it has been left to dry in the sun for a long time. It has been used for five centuries in place of black pepper throughout Basque cuisine. The blend is subtle and will delight your taste buds!
• Foie gras Nature (80g) , This culinary marvel is made from duck liver, prepared in such a way that it is melting and tasty.
• Foie gras with Armagnac (80g), Its delicious taste and rich flavour make it an exceptional product.

100% French (South West), guaranteed without preservatives, colourings or additives.

Storage : 3 years minimum, at room temperature. Consume within 5 days of opening.
