This product is made exclusively from French duck high outdoors in the Southwest and fed corn Southwest, so typical. Our Foie Gras is 100% French, no preservatives, coloring or additives. It is made from a whole raw liver without any mechanical intervention. Seasoned simply with salt, pepper and sugar, then cooked in a cheesecloth, our Foie Gras is the epitome of the Basque Country’s gastronomy for its exquisite and subtle taste.

Conservation: 3 years minimum, at room temperature. Consume it in the five days after opening it.
Our Relais Gourmet advice:
Foie Gras is best conserved in a cupboard or pantry, but put it in the fridge for 1 hour before eating for the best texture. Serve with either rye bread or toasted farmhouse bread, preferably. Foie Gras is not a good match for regular rusk or similar types of toast, so please avoid them.
