La prima risale ai Re Cattolici e racconta che Fernando VII. Stava andando a Cadice, nel sud della Spagna. Si \u00e8 fermato in un ristorante. Questo sistema di alimentazione gli piacque cos\u00ec tanto che, una volta superata la malattia, chiese ai ristoratori di Castiglia di servire i pasti con il vino.<\/p>\n\n<p>Alla nascita delle tapas si aggiunge una base pi\u00f9 popolare. Secondo quest&#8217;ultimo, per motivi economici, i lavoratori erano obbligati a dividere i pasti in porzioni pi\u00f9 piccole.
