Una volta aperto, se ne rimane, potete conservarlo in frigorifero per 4-5 giorni.<\/p>\n<p>Abbinamento Foie Gras\/Pane:<br \/>\nVi consigliamo di gustare il nostro Foie Gras su pane di segale o pane casereccio tostato.<\/p>\n<p>Abbinamento Foie Gras\/Vini:<br \/>\nUn vino dolce, un bianco secco, un rosso o dello champagne? A voi la scelta.<\/p>\n<p>Vini dolci: potete servire un Monbazillac, un Juran\u00e7on o un Vendanges Tardives alsaziano per accompagnare il nostro Foie Gras. Il loro tocco di acidit\u00e0 naturale bilancia l&#8217;abbinamento e li rende pi\u00f9 digeribili di un Sauternes.<\/p>\n<p>Bianchi secchi: Armonia o contrasto, a voi la scelta. I vini bianchi secchi ma grassi, la cui consistenza avvolge la terrina, come un Condrieu con aromi di frutta bianca o un Crozes-Hermitage leggermente evoluto con note di tartufo e sottobosco, ricordano la morbidezza del foie gras semi-cotto. L&#8217;abbinamento \u00e8 cremoso, senza essere stucchevole.<\/p>\n<p>Champagne: Il nostro Foie Gras si sposa molto bene con uno champagne leggermente vinoso. Le sue bollicine apportano leggerezza ai vostri antipasti, mentre la sua cremosit\u00e0 ricorda il lato goloso del foie gras. Preferite un blanc de noirs, elaborato a partire da pinot noir. Sar\u00e0 meno acido di uno champagne blanc de blancs.<\/p>\n<p>Vini rossi: Irouleguy, Cahors, Madiran, Bergerac\u2026 Nel Sud-Ovest, non esitiamo a abbinare il foie gras con vini rossi robusti. Qui, niente fronzoli, restiamo semplici. Serviamo le terrine spalmate su pane tostato, come un p\u00e2t\u00e9. La cremosit\u00e0 del Foie Gras ammorbidisce la forza del vino, senza scomparire di fronte ad esso.
