Per 4 persone<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour le biscuit croustillant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Morbidezza<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 g di cioccolato fondente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g di zucchero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 uova  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g di burro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g di farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Il fondente<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20cl di doppia panna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 g di foie gras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Il crunch:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g di zucchero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 g di latte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizzico di 4 spezie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizzico di noce moscata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g di farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g di burro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizzico di anice verde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><b>Preparazione<\/b><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le biscuit croustillant<\/strong> : chauffer le lait et le beurre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le beurre fonde. Incorporer le sucre et la farine. Verser le lait dans le m\u00e9lange. Remuer et ajouter les \u00e9pices. \u00c9taler sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Cuire au four \u00e0 250\u00baC jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit dor\u00e9e. Retirer du four et placer sur un plateau rond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La pasta frolla<\/strong>: sciogliere il cioccolato e il burro a bagnomaria. Mescolare lo zucchero e le uova fino ad ottenere un composto pallido. Aggiungere quindi la farina. Una volta sciolto il cioccolato, aggiungerlo all&#8217;impasto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Il fondente<\/strong>: scaldare il foie gras e la panna a bagnomaria fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Montaggio<\/strong>: versare il composto di cioccolato nello stampo. Con una cannuccia, versare la crema al centro della torta. Mettere in forno a 250\u00baC per 10 minuti.
