Tempo stimato: 30 min<\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredienti<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 gr. de Foie Gras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 mele grandi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rotolo di formaggio di capra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Burro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Preparazione<\/p>\n\n<p>Per prima cosa tagliate le mele a listarelle sottili (sbucciandole e togliendo il torsolo).<\/p>\n\n<p>Preriscaldiamo il forno a 180\u00baC poi, in attesa che si riscaldi, ungiamo la teglia con il burro, adagiamo le mele sulla teglia e finiamo di dipingerle sopra con il burro. Mettere la teglia in forno e cuocere per 12-15 minuti. Tirali fuori e lasciali raffreddare. Quindi tagliare il fegato a fettine sottili.<\/p>\n\n<p>In uno stampo rettangolare adagiare sopra uno strato di mele poi uno strato di fegato, fino ad ottenere 4 strati di mela e 3 strati di fegato. Togliamo quindi la crosta del formaggio di capra, lo tagliamo a fette, poi lo adagiamo sull&#8217;ultimo strato di mele.<\/p>\n\n<p>Copriamo lo stampo con un foglio di alluminio e lo mettiamo in forno (che \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato preriscaldato a 180\u00baC) quindi lasciamo cuocere ancora per 12-15 minuti. Tiralo fuori e lascialo raffreddare completamente. Il millefoglie \u00e8 pronto!
