La sua coltivazione \u00e8 quindi molto antica e questo ha permesso per anni di rifornire molte case della regione. L&#8217;amarena potrebbe ad esempio raggiungere le 300 tonnellate di produzione all&#8217;anno. Ci sono anche tre variet\u00e0 di ciliegie in questa regione e ti consigliamo vivamente di scoprirle. Ogni anno, la ciliegia \u00e8 al centro dell&#8217;attenzione a Itxassou, durante il periodo estivo. In effetti, la ciliegia ha una festa solo per lei! Ogni anno, la prima settimana di giugno a Itxassou, si svolge la festa delle ciliegie. Questo \u00e8 un evento imperdibile per tutti i produttori di ciliegie baschi della regione. Si possono scoprire 3 tipi di ciliegie nella regione. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La ciliegia Peloa: <\/strong>questo frutto matura alla fine di maggio e la sua particolarit\u00e0 \u00e8 di avere un delizioso sapore dolce. \u00c8 molto spesso usato per la marmellata.<\/li><li><strong>La ciliegia Xapata: <\/strong>il suo colore \u00e8 giallo-arancio e il suo sapore \u00e8 un po&#8217; acido, il che la rende molto piacevole da mangiare.<\/li><li><strong>Ciliegia Beltza: <\/strong>questa variet\u00e0 \u00e8 di colore nero e il suo nome basco dice tutto! \u00c8 una ciliegia molto piccola con un sapore piacevole e delicato che la rende ideale per fare la marmellata.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Quindi non esitate ad assaggiare queste 3 diverse variet\u00e0 per scoprire nuovi sapori.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ti piacciono le ciliegie?
