A continuaci\u00f3n, mezcla el az\u00facar y la harina. Vierte la leche en la mezcla. Mezcla bien y a\u00f1ade las especias. Exti\u00e9ndela sobre una hoja de papel de horno. Hornea a 250\u00baC hasta que se dore. S\u00e1calo del horno y col\u00f3calo en una bandeja redonda.      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La masa esponjosa: <\/strong>Derrite el chocolate y la mantequilla al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda. Mezcla el az\u00facar y los huevos hasta que palidezcan. A\u00f1ade entonces la harina. Una vez fundido el chocolate, a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la mezcla.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El fondant: <\/strong>Calienta el foie gras y la nata al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda hasta que est\u00e9 suave.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Montaje: <\/strong>Vierte la mezcla de chocolate en el molde o moldes. Con una pajita, vierte la crema en el centro del pastel. Hornea a 250\u00baC durante 10 minutos. El pastel est\u00e1 listo para comer caliente (por eso te recomendamos que lo metas en el horno justo antes de comerlo).   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><a
