Es un pastel gourmet muy vinculado a la casa vasca, de ah\u00ed su apodo de <em>\u00abgalleta de la casa <\/em>\u00ab.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastel vasco<\/h2>\n\n<p>Verdadero emblema de la gastronom\u00eda vasca, es un gran cl\u00e1sico. Hoy en d\u00eda se puede encontrar en todos los supermercados, pero nunca pierde sus or\u00edgenes. Redondo y dorado, se llama <em>\u00abetxeko bixkotxa <\/em>\u00bb en euskera. Es crujiente y suave a la vez.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los or\u00edgenes del G\u00e2teau Basque<\/h3>\n\n<p>\nEl pastel vasco\nes una receta dulce que apareci\u00f3 por primera vez en el Pa\u00eds Vasco en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. Es\ntradicionalmente preparado por la se\u00f1ora de la casa con pan\ny taloak. S\u00f3lo una peque\u00f1a parte de la poblaci\u00f3n vasca\nlo consum\u00eda entonces (Baja Navarra y Labourd). Y s\u00f3lo\nen ocasiones especiales como fiestas o\ndomingos. Todos los a\u00f1os se celebra una fiesta en honor de\neste dulce manjar, \u00a1y hay un museo dedicado enteramente a \u00e9l! En el siglo\nXX, los panaderos artesanos empezaron a comercializar\neste pastel en sus tiendas y en los mercados.\nLleg\u00f3 a ser muy popular, hasta que se lo apropi\u00f3\nen los a\u00f1os 80.       \n<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los diferentes sabores del G\u00e2teau Basque<\/h3>\n\n<p>Originalmente, el pastel vasco pod\u00eda tener muchos rellenos, dependiendo de la fruta de que dispusiera la se\u00f1ora de la casa que lo preparaba. Cada se\u00f1ora de la casa ten\u00eda una receta diferente, que transmit\u00eda oralmente a una hija, una hermana, etc. Este pastel vasco se elabora a partir de una base tradicional (mantequilla, harina) a la que se a\u00f1ade az\u00facar, huevos y un relleno, a menudo aromatizado. Los sabores habituales son lim\u00f3n, vainilla, ron y almendra. Por tanto, el pastel vasco incluye un relleno.
