La primera se remonta a los Reyes Cat\u00f3licos y habla de Fernando VII. Se dirig\u00eda a C\u00e1diz, en el sur de Espa\u00f1a. Se detuvo en un restaurante. Le sirvieron un vaso de vino con una loncha de queso para sustituir la tapa y proteger el alcohol de los elementos. A ra\u00edz de este incidente, dondequiera que iba el rey, ped\u00eda que le sirvieran algo de comida con el vino.     <\/p>\n\n<p>El otro origen es una historia sobre el rey Alfonso X el Sabio que, tras una enfermedad, tuvo que comer peque\u00f1as raciones de comida con vino. Le gust\u00f3 tanto este sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n que, una vez superada la enfermedad, pidi\u00f3 a los restauradores de Castilla que sirvieran las comidas con vino. <\/p>\n\n<p>Al nacimiento de las tapas se a\u00f1ade una base m\u00e1s popular. Seg\u00fan \u00e9sta, por razones econ\u00f3micas, los trabajadores se ve\u00edan obligados a repartirse las comidas. Se serv\u00edan peque\u00f1as cantidades de comida para reponer fuerzas mientras esperaban la hora de la cena.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una entrada popular<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Las tapas<\/strong> son <strong>por definici\u00f3n<\/strong> un emblema gastron\u00f3mico de Espa\u00f1a, pero las tapas de San Sebasti\u00e1n son una miniatura que traduce a la perfecci\u00f3n la historia y la evoluci\u00f3n de la vida espa\u00f1ola.
