Caf\u00e9 Pimienta de Espelette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. cucharadita de tomillo fresco desmenuzado (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal marina de Gu\u00e9rande, pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Para el acabado :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/relaisgourmet.com\/es\/producto\/foie-gras-de-pato-entero-natural\/\">120 g de foie gras entero<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unas hojas de albahaca limonera o cilantro fresco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pan de pay\u00e9s tostado o mini bollos tostados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flor de sal, pimienta de Sichuan (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Prepara la axoa<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pica finamente la cebolla, el ajo y los pimientos (en brunoise fina para una presentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s elegante).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n, t\u00edpica de los platos vascos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofr\u00ede la cebolla y el ajo durante 2-3 minutos hasta que tomen un poco de color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade los pimientos y cu\u00e9celos suavemente de 8 a 10 minutos: deben estar derriti\u00e9ndose pero a\u00fan ligeramente crujientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorpora la ternera picada.
