Prepara los calabacines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lava bien los calabacines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00f3rtalas en rodajas finas con una mandolina o un cuchillo afilado, en redondeles o cintas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00f3calas de forma atractiva en forma de roseta en los platos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roc\u00eda con zumo de lim\u00f3n y aceite. Deja marinar de 10 a 15 minutos en un lugar fresco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. Tritura las avellanas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c1salas en seco en una sart\u00e9n durante unos minutos para realzar su sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tritura toscamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Foie gras :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corta el foie gras en virutas o en rodajas finas (consejo: m\u00e9telo 10 minutos en el congelador para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil cortarlo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00f3calos delicadamente sobre los calabacines para crear tu calabac\u00edn de foie gras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>4.
