Para 4 personas<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingredientes para :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Suavidad :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 g de chocolate negro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 huevos  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de harina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>El fondant :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20 cl de nata doble<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 g de foie gras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La crisis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 g de leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de 4 especias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de nuez moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de harina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de an\u00eds verde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Las tejas: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calentar la leche y el az\u00facar hasta que se funda la mantequilla. Mezclar el az\u00facar y la harina. A\u00f1adir la leche a la preparaci\u00f3n. Mezclar y a\u00f1adir las especias. Distribuir la mezcla sobre un papel de horno. Meter al horno a 250\u00baC hasta que la preparaci\u00f3n se dore. Sacar del horno y depositar sobre un soporte redondo para que cojan forma.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La masa esponjosa<\/strong>: Derretir el chocolate y la mantequilla al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda. Mezclar el az\u00facar y los huevos hasta que est\u00e9n p\u00e1lidos. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir la harina. Una vez fundido el chocolate, a\u00f1adirlo a la mezcla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El fondant:<\/strong> Calentar el foie gras y la nata al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Montaje<\/strong>: Verter la mezcla de chocolate en el molde o moldes. Con una pajita, verter la crema en el centro del pastel. Meter en el horno a 250\u00baC durante 10 minutos.
