Tiempo estimado: 30 min<\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 gr. de Foie Gras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grandes manzanas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rollo de queso de cabra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantequilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n<p>En primer lugar, corta las manzanas en tiras finas (pel\u00e1ndolas y quit\u00e1ndoles el coraz\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n<p>Precalentamos el horno a 180\u00baC y, a la espera de que se caliente, pintamos la bandeja del horno con mantequilla, colocamos las manzanas sobre la bandeja y terminamos de pintarlas por encima con la mantequilla. Coloque la bandeja en el horno y cocine durante 12-15 minutos. Sacarlos y dejarlos enfriar. Luego corta el h\u00edgado en rodajas finas.<\/p>\n\n<p>En un molde rectangular, poner una capa de manzanas y luego una capa de h\u00edgado encima, hasta obtener 4 capas de manzana y 3 capas de h\u00edgado. A continuaci\u00f3n, retiramos la corteza de queso de cabra, la cortamos en rodajas y la colocamos sobre la \u00faltima capa de manzanas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cubrimos el molde con papel aluminio y lo metemos en el horno (que ya ha sido precalentado a 180\u00baC) luego lo dejamos cocinar de 12 a 15 minutos nuevamente. S\u00e1calo y deja que se enfr\u00ede por completo. \u00a1El milhojas est\u00e1 listo!
