Tanto en mermelada, como en un postre o incluso al natural, la cereza es una fruta de la que disfruta mucha gente. Por otra parte, la cereza negra tiene un fuerte v\u00ednculo con el Pa\u00eds Vasco. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Descubre la cereza del Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>La cereza del Pa\u00eds Vasco se cultiva en un lugar bastante concreto: Itxassou. Su cultivo es por tanto muy antiguo y esto permiti\u00f3 abastecer durante a\u00f1os a muchos hogares de la comarca. La cereza negra podr\u00eda por ejemplo alcanzar las 300 toneladas de producci\u00f3n al a\u00f1o. Tambi\u00e9n hay tres variedades de cerezas en esta regi\u00f3n y le recomendamos encarecidamente que las descubra. Cada a\u00f1o, la cereza est\u00e1 en el punto de mira en Itxassou, durante el per\u00edodo estival. De hecho, \u00a1la cereza tiene una fiesta solo para ella! Cada a\u00f1o, la fiesta de la cereza tiene lugar la primera semana de junio en Itxassou. Se trata de una cita ineludible para todos los productores vascos de cerezas de la regi\u00f3n. Este d\u00eda permite descubrir la cereza, sus mermeladas y participar en un gran n\u00famero de actividades como un partido de pelota, una comida animada, bailes, etc. Por supuesto, \u00a1no te ir\u00e1s de esta fiesta sin comprar algunas cerezas y productos relacionados!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Una cereza de \u00e9xito<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a1La cereza vasca ha gozado de un gran \u00e9xito durante muchos a\u00f1os y esto es algo que va a continuar! En la regi\u00f3n se producen 3 tipos de cerezas. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La cereza Peloa<\/strong>: que madura a finales de mayo y su particularidad es su delicioso sabor dulce. Se utiliza muy a menudo para hacer mermelada.<\/li><li><strong>Cereza de Xapata:<\/strong> su color es amarillo anaranjado y tiene un sabor algo \u00e1cido, lo que hace que su consumo sea muy agradable.<\/li><li><strong>Cereza Beltza<\/strong>: el nombre vasco de esta variedad de color negro lo dice todo.
