Se puede realzar con una cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, es una receta bastante cl\u00e1sica que se puede adaptar a\u00f1adiendo una brunoise de verduras, por ejemplo (zanahorias, patatas y setas) en el fondo de la cazuela.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 moldes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>- 150g 100% Foie gras del Suroeste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>- 4 yemas de huevo<\/li><li><\/li><li>- 20 cl de leche<\/li><li><\/li><li>- 30 cl de crema liquide<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>- 6-8 cucharaditas de az\u00facar moreno<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Cortar el foie gras en trozos, mezclarlo con la leche, la nata y las yemas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Una vez lista la mezcla la pasaremos por un colador luego salpimentamos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, cuece las verduras en una sart\u00e9n o en agua a tu gusto. Es importante escurrir bien las verduras para que no quede agua en la preparaci\u00f3n cuando se vierte la nata.<\/p>\n\n<p>En el fondo del molde, coloque la brunoise de verduras de su elecci\u00f3n, luego agregue la crema.<\/p>\n\n<p>Una vez repartida la mezcla en los moldes, cuece las cremas al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda en el horno de 30 a 40 minutos a 160\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n<p>La cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e debe tener una textura temblorosa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Deje que las cremas se enfr\u00eden y luego col\u00f3quelas en el frigor\u00edfico durante media hora a una hora.<\/p>\n\n<p>Antes de servir espolvorear la superficie con az\u00facar moreno.
