Machaque los speculoos. M\u00e9zclelos con la mantequilla ablandada. Ponga una capa fina en el fondo de los moldes de galletas.&#13;\n&#13;\nMezcle el queso blanco, la crema de foie gras, los huevos y el pimiento de Espelette. Vierta la mezcla sobre la base de speculoos. Hornee durante 45 minutos a 140\u00b0C, y luego\u00a0 introduzca en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Una vez que la preparaci\u00f3n se haya enfriado,<\/strong> caliente la mermelada de higos en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ada las hojas de gelatina previamente ablandadas y b\u00e1talas. Cubra la tarta de queso con la mermelada y d\u00e9jela enfriar durante unas horas.
