The star of the catwalk at last in a recipe ideal for Christmas preparations. <\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients  <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/relaisgourmet.com\/produit\/foie-gras-de-canard-armagnac\/\">200 g foie gras flavored with Armagnac<\/a>, cut into thin slices<\/li>\n<li>16 mini-toasts or slices of toast<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons onion jam (or fig jam, whichever you prefer)<\/li>\n<li>A few sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation  <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>On each mini-toast or slice of toast, spread a tablespoon of onion (or fig) jam to add a sweet touch.<\/li>\n<li>Place a thin slice of Armagnac-flavored foie gras on each toast, making sure it covers the jam.<\/li>\n<li>Lightly season the foie gras with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.<\/li>\n<li>If you like, garnish each canap\u00e9 with a sprig of fresh parsley to add freshness and color.<\/li>\n<li>Serve these foie gras canap\u00e9s with Armagnac as an aperitif or starter.
