Fascinated by <strong>the art of Hiroshi,<\/strong> the <strong>sushi master<\/strong>, he introduced him to Foie Gras. Inspired, they collaborated to create a <strong>sushi with Foie Gras and figs<\/strong>. Before leaving Tokyo, \u00c9mile taught Hiroshi <strong>how to prepare foie gras,<\/strong> while Hiroshi showed him a few <strong>sushi techniques.<\/strong> Back in France, \u00c9mile introduced this &#8220;foie gras sushi&#8221; to his Michelin-starred restaurant, where it became an instant <strong>success.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200g Relais Gourmet semi-cooked foie gras of your choice&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 packet nori leaves<\/li>\n<li>200g sushi rice<\/li>\n<li>3 fresh figs<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons white miso<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons yuzu juice (or lemon juice if you can&#8217;t find yuzu)<\/li>\n<li>Toasted sesame seeds for decoration<\/li>\n<li>Soy sauce to accompany<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sushi rice<\/strong>: Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions. Allow to cool. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Miso-yuzu sauce<\/strong>: In a bowl, mix the white miso with the yuzu juice. Adjust to taste. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Assembly<\/strong>: Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat (makisu). Spread a thin layer of rice, leaving a margin at the top of the sheet. In the center, add a slice of foie gras. Add a few slices of fresh figs.   <\/li>\n<li>Gently roll up using the mat to obtain a tight roll.<\/li>\n<li>With a sharp knife, cut the roll into sushi slices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presentation<\/strong>: Place sushi on a platter. Drizzle lightly with miso-yuzu sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
