Serves 4<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingredients for :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Softness<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50g dark chocolate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Fondant<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20cl heavy cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75g foie gras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The crunch<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75g milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch 4 spices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch nutmeg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch aniseed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The crunch: <\/strong>Heat the milk and butter until the butter melts. Mix sugar and flour. Pour the milk into the mixture. Mix, then add the spices. Spread on a sheet of baking parchment. Bake at 250\u00baC until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on a round rack.      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le moelleux: <\/strong>Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Mix sugar and eggs until white. Then add the flour. Once the chocolate has melted, add it to the mixture.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The fondant: <\/strong>Heat the foie gras and cream in a bain-marie until smooth.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assembly: <\/strong>Pour the chocolate mixture into the mould(s). Using a straw, pour the cream into the center of the cake. Bake at 250\u00baC for 10 minutes. The cake is ready to be eaten warm (which is why we recommend you put it in the oven just before eating).   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><a
