Prepare the zucchini:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wash the zucchini thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice them thinly with a mandolin or sharp knife, into rounds or ribbons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange them nicely in a rosette on the plates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drizzle with lemon juice and oil. Leave to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes in the fridge. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. Crush the hazelnuts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dry roast them in a pan for a few minutes to reveal their aroma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coarsely crushed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Foie gras:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the foie gras into shavings or thin slices (tip: put it in the freezer for 10 minutes to make it easier to cut).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange gently on the zucchini to create your zucchini with foie gras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>4.
