Black cherry compote :<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the cherries, honey and balsamic vinegar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the texture is reduced and slightly syrupy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper, then reserve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Prepare the taloak:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix the flours and salt in a bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour in the lukewarm water a little at a time until you obtain a soft paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rest 10 min, then divide into 4 balls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll each ball into a thin patty and bake dry, 2-3 min on each side, in a hot pan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Foie gras :<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Half-cooked<\/strong>: cut into nice slices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Raw<\/strong>: dry fry for 30 seconds on each side, then place on absorbent paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
