Mini-Burger with Foie Gras and duck breast<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preparation time<\/strong>: 15 min.
\nFor 4 people<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mini-Burger Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 200g of Foie Gras
\n– 12 thin slices of smoked duck breast
\n– 12 mini-burgers buns or 4 burger buns
\n– 1 carrot
\n– 1 red onion
\n– 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
\n– 1 tablespoon wasabi
\n– 50 g cooked mung beans
\n– 50 g kale
\n– 4 lettuce leaves
\n– fleur de sel
\n– pepper from the mill<\/p>\n

Mini-Burger Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Peel and grate the carrot. Finely chop the red onion.<\/li>\n
  2. Wash the cabbage leaves and salad leaves.<\/li>\n
  3. Spread a very thin layer of wasabi on the burger buns.<\/li>\n
  4. Add the carrots, kale, chopped onions, salad and thin slices of duck breast.<\/li>\n
  5. Cut the Foie Gras into 4 large slices or into 12 small slices.<\/li>\n
  6. Season with salt and pepper from the mill.<\/li>\n
  7. Place the Foie Gras on the burgers and add the caps.<\/li>\n
  8. Serve immediately with a salad of mesclun and mung beans seasoned with a sesame vinaigrette.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
