When the block contains pieces of foie gras, these must represent at least 30% of the weight of the product. The &#8220;block with pieces&#8221; is the top of the range of the &#8220;foie gras block&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foie gras products and other raw materials<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Since these preparations contain raw materials other than foie gras, the reference to &#8220;foie gras&#8221; is not permitted in the sales description. The reference to foie gras may nevertheless appear, indicating the percentage of foie gras used in the composition:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>goose or duck liver parfait<\/strong> for preparations <strong>containing at least 75% foie gras<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>medallions, p\u00e2t\u00e9, galantine or mousse of goose or duck liver<\/strong> for preparations containing <strong>at least 50% foie gras<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a sales description supplemented by the words &#8220;with goose or duck liver&#8221;<\/strong> for preparations containing <strong>at least 20% foie gras<\/strong>.
