Serves 4<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ingredients for:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Softness:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50g dark chocolate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The fondant :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20cl double cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75g foie gras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The crunch:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75g milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of 4 spices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of nutmeg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g of butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch green aniseed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Preparation<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le biscuit croustillant : chauffer le lait et le beurre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le beurre fonde. M\u00e9langer le sucre et la farine. Verser le lait dans la garniture. M\u00e9langer et ajouter les \u00e9pices. Etaler sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Cuire au four \u00e0 250\u00baC jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les biscuits soient dor\u00e9s. Retirer du four et placer sur un plateau rond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The fluffy pastry: Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Mix the sugar and eggs until pale. Then add the flour. Once the chocolate has melted, add it to the mixture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The fondant: Heat the foie gras and cream in a bain-marie until smooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assembly<\/strong>: Pour the chocolate mixture into the mould(s). Using a straw, pour the cream into the centre of the cake. Place in the oven at 250\u00baC for 10 minutes.
