Relais Gourmet’s whole artisanal goose foie gras (limited production) is an exceptional product, emblematic of the great French gastronomic tradition. Made from carefully selected whole lobes, it embodies the authenticity of the French terroir and the finesse of an artisanal know-how passed down for generations.
This artisanal goose foie gras is distinguished by its melting texture, its delicate taste and its aromatic richness. It reflects the nobility of goose liver, known to be more subtle than duck liver, and particularly popular with gourmets. Its production is based on a traditional French recipe , respectful of the products, the preparation times and the origin.
Relais Gourmet uses natural, healthy and pure ingredients. They do not add preservatives, additives or colourings. They settle for the essentials: whole goose foie gras, salt and pepper. Each jar is filled by hand, then put in a jar for optimal preservation.

Cellaring: 3 years at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 15 days.
