Er war von der <strong>Kunst des<\/strong> <strong>Sushi-Meisters<\/strong> <strong>Hiroshi<\/strong> fasziniert und stellte ihm die Leberpastete vor. Inspiriert arbeiteten sie zusammen, um ein <strong>Sushi mit Leberpastete und Feigen<\/strong> zu kreieren. Bevor er Tokio verlie\u00df, lehrte \u00c9mile Hiroshi <strong>die Zubereitung von Stopfleber<\/strong>, w\u00e4hrend Hiroshi ihm einige <strong>Sushi-Techniken<\/strong> zeigte. Nach seiner R\u00fcckkehr nach Frankreich f\u00fchrte \u00c9mile das &#8222;Sushi mit Stopfleber&#8220; in seinem Sternerestaurant ein, wo es sofort <strong>ein Erfolg<\/strong> wurde.   <\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten :&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200g halbgekochte Foie Gras von Relais Gourmet Ihrer Wahl&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 Packung Nori-Bl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>200g Sushi-Reis<\/li>\n<li>3 frische Feigen<\/li>\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel wei\u00dfes Miso<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Yuzu-Saft (oder Zitronensaft, wenn Sie keine Yuzu finden)<\/li>\n<li>Getoastete Sesamk\u00f6rner f\u00fcr die Dekoration<\/li>\n<li>Sojasauce dazu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vorbereitung :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sushi-Reis<\/strong>: Bereiten Sie den Sushi-Reis gem\u00e4\u00df den Anweisungen auf der Packung zu. Lassen Sie ihn abk\u00fchlen. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Miso-Yuzu-Sauce<\/strong>: Vermischen Sie in einer Sch\u00fcssel das wei\u00dfe Miso mit dem Yuzu-Saft. Passen Sie die Menge nach Ihrem Geschmack an. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Zusammenstellung<\/strong>: Legen Sie ein Nori-Blatt auf eine Bambusmatte (Makisu). Verteilen Sie eine d\u00fcnne Schicht Reis und lassen Sie einen Rand am oberen Rand des Blattes. Legen Sie eine Scheibe oder einen Streifen Foie Gras in die Mitte. F\u00fcgen Sie einige Scheiben frischer Feigen hinzu.   <\/li>\n<li>Rollen Sie vorsichtig mit Hilfe der Matte zu einer festen Rolle.<\/li>\n<li>Schneiden Sie die Rolle mit einem scharfen Messer in Sushi-Scheiben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anrichten<\/strong>: Legen Sie die Sushi auf eine Platte. Leicht mit Miso-Yuzu-Sauce betr\u00e4ufeln und mit getoasteten Sesamk\u00f6rnern bestreuen.
