Nehmen Sie die Foie Gras aus der Dose und die Butter aus der Verpackung und lassen Sie sie bei Raumtemperatur weich werden.<br\/><br\/>2. Schlagen Sie die sehr kalte Sahne zu einer steifen Schlagsahne. Salzen und pfeffern Sie. Zerdr\u00fccken Sie die Foie Gras und die Butter mit einer Gabel zu einer glatten Masse. Heben Sie diese Mischung vorsichtig unter die Schlagsahne.   <br\/><br\/>3. Verteilen Sie die Mischung in kleine Gl\u00e4ser und stellen Sie sie mindestens 3 Stunden kalt.
