Zerkleinern Sie die Spekulatius. Vermischen Sie sie mit der weichen Butter. Bilden Sie eine d\u00fcnne Schicht auf dem Boden Ihrer Ausstechformen.<br\/>Vermischen Sie den Quark, die G\u00e4nselebercreme, die Eier und den Piment d&#8217;Espelette. Gie\u00dfen Sie die Mischung \u00fcber den Spekulatiusboden. Backen Sie den Spekulatius f\u00fcr 45 Minuten bei 140\u00b0C und stellen Sie ihn anschlie\u00dfend in den K\u00fchlschrank.       <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Wenn die Mischung abgek\u00fchlt ist: <\/strong>Erhitzen Sie die Feigenkonfit\u00fcre in einem Topf. Geben Sie die eingeweichten Gelatinebl\u00e4tter hinzu und verquirlen Sie alles. Bestreichen Sie den K\u00e4sekuchen mit der Konfit\u00fcre und lassen Sie ihn erneut einige Stunden abk\u00fchlen.
