Schneiden Sie die Karotten mit einem Sch\u00e4ler in B\u00e4nder. Vierteln Sie die Radieschen. Formen Sie Melonen- oder Mangokugeln mit einem Kugelausstecher.<\/li>\n<li>Legen Sie Foie Gras-Sp\u00e4ne auf die Salatbl\u00e4tter, Spinatbl\u00e4tter und Zucchinischeiben.
