\n\u2022 1 rote Zwiebel
\n\u2022 1 Essl\u00f6ffel gehackter Koriander
\n\u2022 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Wasabi
\n\u2022 50 g gekochte Mungbohnen
\n\u2022 50 g Gr\u00fcnkohl
\n\u2022 4 Salatbl\u00e4tter
\n\u2022 Fleur de Sel
\n\u2022 Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle<\/p>\n

Zubereitung<\/p>\n

  1. Die Karotte sch\u00e4len und raspeln. Die rote Zwiebel fein hacken.<\/li>\n
  2. Die Gr\u00fcnkohl- und Salatbl\u00e4tter waschen.<\/li>\n
  3. Eine sehr d\u00fcnne Schicht Wasabi auf die Burgerbr\u00f6tchen streichen.<\/li>\n
  4. Die Karotten, den Gr\u00fcnkohl, die gehackten Zwiebeln, den Salat und die d\u00fcnnen Scheiben der Entenbrust hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n
  5. Die Foie Gras in 4 gro\u00dfe Scheiben oder in 12 kleine Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n
  6. Mit Fleur de Sel und Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n
