Wenn der Block Foie gras-St\u00fccke enth\u00e4lt, m\u00fcssen diese mindestens 30 % des Gewichts des Produkts ausmachen. Der &#8222;Block mit St\u00fccken&#8220; stellt das Spitzenprodukt des &#8222;Foie-gras-Blocks&#8220; dar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produkte aus Stopfleber und anderen Rohstoffen<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Da diese Zubereitungen andere Rohstoffe als Stopfleber enthalten, ist der Verweis auf &#8222;Stopfleber&#8220; in der Verkehrsbezeichnung nicht zul\u00e4ssig. Der Verweis auf &#8222;foie gras&#8220; darf dennoch erscheinen, indem der Prozentsatz der in der Zusammensetzung verwendeten &#8222;foie gras&#8220; angegeben wird, insbesondere :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>G\u00e4nse- oder Entenleberperfekt<\/strong> f\u00fcr Zubereitungen, die mindestens <strong>75 % Foie gras<\/strong> enthalten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medaillons, Pasteten, Galantine oder Mousse aus G\u00e4nse- oder Entenleber<\/strong> f\u00fcr Zubereitungen, die mindestens <strong>50 % Stopfleber<\/strong> enthalten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Verkaufsbezeichnung, die bei Zubereitungen, die mindestens <strong>20 % Stopfleber<\/strong> enthalten, durch die Worte &#8222;<strong>mit G\u00e4nse- oder Entenleber<\/strong>&#8220; erg\u00e4nzt wird.
