Die G\u00e4nseleber aus der Schachtel und die Butter aus der Verpackung nehmen und bei Zimmertemperatur weich werden lassen.&#13;\n&#13;\n2. Die sehr kalte Sahne steif schlagen. Salz und Pfeffer hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die G\u00e4nseleber und die Butter mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken, um eine glatte Paste zu erhalten.
