Rezept f\u00fcr 4 Personen: Zubereitungszeit 20 Minuten, Anwesenheitszeit 1h10.<\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Eiscreme :&#13;\n- 200 g Block Stopfleber.&#13;\n- 200 g frische Sahne.&#13;\n- 5cl Wei\u00dfwein.&#13;\n- 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Honig.&#13;\n- 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Piment d&#8217;Espelette.<\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Schokoladensauce :&#13;\n- 20cl Rotwein.&#13;\n- 4 Quadrate Schokolade.&#13;\n- 10 d frische Sahne.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Brandteig<\/strong>: 25 cl Wasser, 100 g Butter und eine Prise Salz aufkochen. Vom Herd nehmen und 125 g Mehl einr\u00fchren. Von den&#13;\nSeiten und dem Boden entfernen. F\u00fcgen Sie nach und nach die 4 Kufs hinzu.
