Es handelt sich um ein Feingeb\u00e4ck, das sehr mit dem baskischen Haus verbunden ist, daher auch sein Spitzname &#8222;der Keks des Hauses&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Baskische Kuchen<\/h2>\n\n<p><ul>&#13;\n \t<li>V\u00e9ritable embl\u00e8me de la gastronomie basque, le g\u00e2teau basque est un grand classique. Aujourd&#8217;hui, on le trouve dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s, mais il ne perd jamais ses origines. Rond et dor\u00e9, il est appel\u00e9 en basque &#8222;etxeko bixkotxa&#8220;. Il est \u00e0 la fois croustillant et moelleux.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seine Urspr\u00fcnge <\/h3>\n\n<p>Der baskische Kuchen ist ein s\u00fc\u00dfes Rezept, das in der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 19. Jahrhunderts im Baskenland entstand. Es wird traditionell von der Herrin des Hauses mit Brot und Taloak zubereitet. Nur ein kleiner Teil der baskischen Bev\u00f6lkerung konsumierte es zu dieser Zeit (Nieder-Navarra und Labourd). Und das nur zu besonderen Anl\u00e4ssen wie Feiertagen oder Sonntagen. Jedes Jahr wird zu Ehren dieser S\u00fc\u00dfspeise ein Festival veranstaltet und ein Museum ist ihr ganz gewidmet! Im 20. Jahrhundert begannen handwerkliche B\u00e4cker, diesen Kuchen in ihren Gesch\u00e4ften und auf M\u00e4rkten zu vermarkten. Es wurde dann sehr popul\u00e4r, bis es in den 1980er Jahren von Industriellen \u00fcbernommen wurde. \n<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seine unterschiedlichen Geschm\u00e4cker<\/h3>\n\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich konnte der baskische Kuchen mehrere F\u00fcllungen haben, je nachdem, welche Fr\u00fcchte der Hausherrin, die ihn zubereitete, zur Verf\u00fcgung standen. Jede Dame des Hauses hatte ein anderes Rezept, das sie nur m\u00fcndlich an eine Tochter oder Schwester weitergab&#8230; Dieses baskische Geb\u00e4ck besteht aus einem traditionellen Boden (Butter, Mehl), dem Zucker, Eier und eine oft duftende F\u00fcllung hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Die g\u00e4ngigen Geschmacksrichtungen sind dann: Zitrone, Vanille, Rum und Mandel. Der baskische Kuchen enth\u00e4lt also eine F\u00fcllung.
