\nSurfen ist ein sehr beliebter Sport im Baskenland. Sobald man an die Disziplin denkt, denkt man an Biarritz. Haben wir dort nicht gerade erst die Longboard-Weltmeisterschaften 2019 verfolgt? In dieser K\u00fcstenstadt landete 1956 das erste Surfbrett w\u00e4hrend der Dreharbeiten zu dem amerikanischen Film „The Sun also rises“ unter der Regie von Henry King, aber Biarritz ist nicht der einzige Surfspot im Baskenland. Au\u00dferdem gibt es Anglet, Bidart, Guethary und Hendaye in Frankreich sowie San Sebastian, Mundaka, Sopelana, Zarautz und Punta Galea in Spanien.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Surfen, eine Aktivit\u00e4t, die von Wissenschaftlern gr\u00fcndlich analysiert wurde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Diese nautische Aktivit\u00e4t ist eine der stilvollsten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gewinnt sie international an Bedeutung. Sie ist Gegenstand der World Championship Tour (WCT) und vieler anderer Wettkampfformen. Dieser Boardsport wird nicht nur immer vielf\u00e4ltiger, sondern findet auch immer mehr Anh\u00e4nger. Es ist zweifellos aus diesen und vielen anderen Gr\u00fcnden, dass es f\u00fcr die Wissenschaftler von so gro\u00dfem Interesse ist. Hier ist, was Forscher \u00fcber das Surfen zu sagen haben:<\/p>\n\n

Surfen ist eine Aktivit\u00e4t, die ein hohes Ma\u00df an k\u00f6rperlichem Einsatz, Gleichgewicht und Beweglichkeit erfordert. Sie erfordert daher eine ernsthafte Vorbereitung. Technisch-taktisches Training geh\u00f6rt dazu. Dieser Sport, der sehr stark mit der Umwelt verbunden ist, kann als eine Reihe von intermittierenden Anstrengungen unterschiedlicher Intensit\u00e4t zusammengefasst werden. Bei der Aus\u00fcbung dieser Sportart ist der Sportler regelm\u00e4\u00dfig den Wellen und dem Wind ausgeliefert.<\/p>\n\n

Der<\/strong> \nFunktionsweise des Surfens<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Beim Surfen geht es darum, die Wellen zu reiten. Der Surfer steht in der Regel auf einem Brett, genauer gesagt nimmt er w\u00e4hrend eines Prozesses drei Arten von Gesten oder Positionen ein, ein Prozess, der sich w\u00e4hrend einer Sitzung wiederholt.<\/p>\n\n

  • Der Surfer nimmt eine Liegeposition ein, wenn er zum Punkt des Wellenbrechers rudert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Einmal auf das Meer hinausgeworfen, paddelt der Surfer kraftvoll in die D\u00fcnung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sobald er zur Welle zur\u00fcckkehrt, steigt er schnell auf und bewegt sich dann immer weiter, bis die Welle auf dem Sand bricht.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Der<\/strong> \n„Surf“-Lebensstil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    Der Aquaplankist oder Surfer r\u00fcstet sich mit einer Ausr\u00fcstung aus, deren Hauptbestandteil das Brett ist. Der Einsteiger nimmt Unterricht. Sie lernen die Welt der Disziplin kennen. Er erkundigt sich nach den Ger\u00e4ten. Er geht durch die Gesch\u00e4fte (physisch oder virtuell), um welche zu besorgen. Er ist auch mit dem Wetter vertraut und erkundigt sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig nach dem Wetter, einschlie\u00dflich Windst\u00e4rke, Wellenh\u00f6he, Wellenbewegung und Temperatur. Es beh\u00e4lt seine Form bei. Er ist immer auf der Suche nach den besten Stellen. Das f\u00fchrt ihn sogar zum Reisen, und Reisen bedeutet Gastronomie. Surfen Sie? Wenn Sie zum Beispiel in San Sebastian an Land gehen, werden Sie das Vergn\u00fcgen haben, die Tapas zu probieren, die die Einheimischen pinxos nennen.<\/p>\n\n
